Das Apartment besteht aus einem gro\u00dfen hellen Raum mit Parkettboden, der einen K\u00fcchen- und Essbereich und einen Wohn- und Schlafbereich mit Doppelbett und Schlafcouch beinhaltet, sowie einer Diele und einem Bad mit Badewanne. Die Wohnung ist mit Holzm\u00f6beln gem\u00fctlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind aus hochwertigem Naturmaterial und sehr bequem. Geschirr und s\u00e4mtliche W\u00e4sche sind vorhanden. Die h\u00fcbsche K\u00fcche ist voll ausgestattet (Sp\u00fcle, Sp\u00fclmaschine, Kochplatte, Backofen und K\u00fchlschrank). Im Wohnbereich gibt es einen gro\u00dfen Fernseher sowie einen DSL-Anschluss. Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr unsere G\u00e4ste steht ein Innenhof zur Verf\u00fcgung, der im Sommer mit Blumen und Ranken begr\u00fcnt ist. It\u2019s 45m\u00b2 and has been recently renovated and newly furnished in its entirety. The apartment has a large and bright main room with parquet flooring, which includes a kitchen and dining area as well as a living and sleeping area with both a double bed and a sleeping couch. There a small hall towards the entrance as well as a bathroom with a bath tub. The flat is comfortably and lovingly furnished with wooden furniture. The beds are made of high-quality natural material and very comfortable. All dishes and bedsheets are provided. The beautiful kitchen is completely equipped (sink, dishwasher, hotplates, oven and refrigerator). There is a large TV in the living space as well as a DSL connection. The apartment is nonsmoking. Pets are not allowed. Our guests are free to access the courtyard, which is covered with flowers and vines during summer. This includes a small, covered smoking area.<br \/>\nThe beautiful and quiet apartment is located in the seminar house Szenario, which regularly hosts yoga classes and seminars. We also have another holiday apartment as well as a production site for puppet theatre. The apartment is particularly suitable for couples or single travelers. There is a garage right next to the apartment which can be rented as an additional storeroom for long term stays.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Very good traffic connection. All dishes and laundry available.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The house with its attentive and friendly atmosphere is located in a beautiful and quiet side street in the center of Leimen, 2km away from Heidelberg. Stops for public means of transportation as well as a number of good restaurants, bars and cafes, bakeries and other shopping possibilities are reachable in a few walking minutes. A near nature park and the vineyards invite to relaxation in peaceful nature.<br \/>\nVery good, consistent traffic connection. Only 2km away from Heidelberg and 15km away from Mannheim, Leimen lies in the heart of the Kurpfalz (oldest roman viticultural region) and especially distinguishes itself by the warm climate and the interesting and pleasant environments.<br \/>\nWith its many sports grounds and extensive woodlands along the Rhine plains, Leimen offers a high leisure-activity value. The center of Leimen contains many shops and restaurants.<br \/>\nLeimen, Prinzenbr\u00fccke contains the following hiking trails:<br \/>\nThe European long-distance hiking trail.<br \/>\nThe Franken-Hessen-Kurpfalz trail.<br \/>\nThe long-distance hiking trail Odenwald-Vogesen.<br \/>\nBesides Heidelberg with its numerous touristical attractions, there are many beautiful and interesting places to discover.
